Write to support@belano.app. Include the app version, device, approximate time and a short error description where possible. Never include one-time codes or login details.
Safety and child protection
For urgent safety or child protection reports, use safety@belano.app. If there is immediate danger, also contact your local emergency services. Read more in our child safety standards.
Delete account
You can start deletion through our account deletion page or in the app settings.
Have a moderation decision reviewed
If possible, use the appeal in the app. If this is not possible, send your case number and a factual reason to support. If possible, another authorized team member will re-review the case.
Responsible safety reporting
Do not test vulnerabilities on third-party accounts or data, avoid data leaks and give us appropriate time to fix them. We do not pursue bona fide, responsible reports as long as there is no harm, extortion or publication of sensitive data.
