What is not allowed
Protection of children and young people
Any form of sexual exploitation, sexualized representation, initiation of contact for purposes of abuse, blackmail or endangerment of minors is strictly prohibited. This also includes fictional, manipulated or AI-generated representations. Corresponding content will be secured, removed and, if necessary, reported to the responsible authorities.
Violence and imminent danger
Credible threats, calls for violence, glorification of extremist violence, instructions for serious self-harm and content that promotes acute danger are prohibited. Supportive conversations about difficult experiences are allowed as long as they do not encourage or glorify harmful actions.
Hate, harassment and bullying
Attacks based on protected characteristics, dehumanization, targeted intimidation, repeated unwanted contact, doxxing and coordinated harassment are not permitted.
Sexual and intimate content
Non-consensual intimate content, secret recordings, sexual services and explicit pornography are prohibited. Content involving minors is always treated particularly strictly.
Fraud, spam and manipulation
Phishing, identity theft, malware, deceptive contests, artificial interactions, mass advertising, automated scraping, and account trading are prohibited.
Privacy and rights of others
Do not publish private contact information, health information, login information, or recordings from private situations without permission. Respect copyright, trademark and personal rights.
Report and Block
Content and accounts can be reported and blocked directly in the app. A report will be treated confidentially; The reported person generally does not find out who reported. If there is immediate danger, please also contact the local emergency services.
How we decide
We consider the nature and severity, context, potential threat, target group, reach and previous violations. Measures range from notices to removal or functional restrictions to permanent bans. Particularly serious cases can be escalated immediately.
Review of a decision
Those affected can request a review via the app or support. If possible, another authorized team member should re-evaluate the original decision.
