2. Requirements and Account
- BELANO may only be used from the minimum age shown.
- You must use a reachable email address and protect your account from access by others.

3. Publishing Content
Before publishing, BELANO shows who can see the content. You are responsible for your photos, comments and other content and may only publish content for which you have the necessary rights and consent.

You grant BELANO a non-exclusive, worldwide license necessary for operation to store the content, process it technically, deliver it to the selected group of recipients and make backup copies. The Community Guidelines form part of these terms. Sexual exploitation, endangerment of minors, threats of violence, hate, harassment, non-consensual intimate content, fraud, spam and legal violations are prohibited.
5. Moderation and measures
We may review reported or automated content, limit its visibility, remove content, temporarily limit features, or suspend accounts. Decisions are based on severity, context, repetition and risk. If possible, you will receive a justification and can request a review.
If there is immediate danger, possible child endangerment or legal obligations, information can be secured and transmitted to the responsible authorities.
6. Security and technical use
You must not attack BELANO, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, scrape content at scale, distribute malware or impair availability for others. Report security vulnerabilities privately to support@belano.app .
7. Availability and Changes
We strive to ensure reliable operation, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Security updates, maintenance work and necessary functional changes can be made at short notice. Significant changes will be appropriately announced.
8. Termination and Deletion
You can close your account at any time in the app or through the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate an account for serious or repeated violations. Legal rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability
Liability depends on the applicable law. Liability is not limited for intent, gross negligence or damage to life, body or health. For slightly negligent violations of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to typically foreseeable damage, to the extent permitted by law.
